HIBERNIAN were last night thought to be close to agreeing a new loan deal to keep Manchester City defender Ryan McGivern for the remainder of the season. While most of the focus has been on whether Hibs will be able to keep top scorer Leigh Griffiths beyond the expiry of his loan on 19 January, McGivern and midfielder Jorge Claros are also set to leave unless new deals can be agreed.
