The guy has tremendous ability. Shame he doesn't appear to have the desire.

If that's the case he hid it very very well.

He's signed for NEC permanently. Scored a very good goal v PSV recently.

So Red Bulls terminated his contract so he could sign permanently for NEC in the Eredivisie?

So this wouldn't be a negative career move, then? :cool2:

What a player he looked when he first signed. Was a class act in the 2-2 draw with Hearts when Vaz Te scored our second. Similar attitude to Vaz Te though as he thought he was bigger than Hibs and the SPL. He's finding out the hard way though, wonder if he'll make it in the Eredivise?

Not gone quite as far back again as the SPL though?

Remember seeing him look extremely uncomfortable at left back under Calderwood - think that was the 1-2 home defeat against St. Mirren in which Thompson scored twice.

Looked a good player for a couple of weeks then simply didn't.

He obviously had natural ability to be there or thereabouts at Liverpool so can only assume it was an attitude problem of some kind. Seemed to be here at a time when there was constant rumours, reports and stories about our players bevvying and getting into bother. Not sure if he fell into that trap. The urinating at the nightclub story, no matter how exaggerated, was pretty poor.
