Working for VM

I've recently applied for a job with virgin media as a technician. just wondering if anyone works for them or is going through the same process. looking for some background on the role.

I currently work for them in the IT dept. Good company to work for. Is it installs or service you have applied for

it's service mate, heard bad stories about the installs side!

I believe they employ contractors for installs, however this is directly through VM
