I need to borrow a horse for 20 minutes half an hour, preferably a white charger sort of horse, next April or May. Can anyone on here help?

theres a boy that drinks in tamsons called gandalf. he has a white one called shadowfax, he loans it out from time to time, maybe give him a shout.

To be serious for a second.
There are various livery stables in and around Edinburgh that rent out horses for the day for Riding of the Marches etc. Best bet is maybe to speak to one of them and see if they can help. They will usually deliver the horse fully saddled and ready etc.
Problem you might have is they, quite rightly, don't just let anyone hire them and will ask about what horse riding experience you have. No idea if you are actually planning on riding the horse (cue a million immature yet funny jokes) though. I'm sure if they can help then they will.
