Yip, I'm going along tomorrow and this will be the first time I've attended an Under 20 game. I'm sure I read from a previous thread that the kick off time is 2pm.

2pm kick off at Easter road, with probably a collection at the gate for the youth academy. Also I would reckon Weststand open for it but will check

Anyone know if having the games at ER is going to be a regular thing now? There was a decentish support for the U19s cup tie.

And I take it the 2pm K.O. is to avoid the expense of floodlights? Makes sense if it ensures donations actually go to the academy rather than just cover the costs of the game!

Will be good to see Deegan back - what are the rules on overage players ?

2 overaged outfield players, keeper doesn't count

Perhaps an admin edit for the thread title?

Didn't expect it to go ahead with the heavy frost. Disappointed though as was really looking forward to seeing the young guys in action. Ah well maybe next time.

Was going to go along to this aswell since I was off today. Would have been interesting to see what sort of attendance it got?

Now I find out! :grr::grr:

I left my house this morning with a trip to the golf driving range in mind; a pre-Xmas visit to a relative; then onwards to ER to watch the Under 20 game.

I arrived at ER about 1:30 and surprise surprise there was not much sign of activity but as this was to be the first Under 20 game that I'd attended, then I thought that maybe it was not so unusual.

So onwards to the Hibs shop and it was there that I found out that the game was off. I proceeded to make £35 worth of totally unnecessary purchases and 30 minutes later I returned to my car for the homeward journey.

Looks like Rod's dastardly plan had succeeded again.

Deegan was going to make a comeback, so not good news with this being postponed

I believe the ref called it off because he didn't want to get cold:greengrin

That what i'm thinking too. Was really looking forward to him getting some game time under his belt so he can quickly get back into our midfield!
