I've a huge respect for Terry Butcher as he's been forced to re-build his sides and he still seems to come up with decent teams. We could do with his book of contacts.

Agreed.
Inverness are one side I've been very impressed with this season.
They were very good in the 2nd half against us and showed character to come back from 2 down. The other couple of times I've seen them on TV they have looked a well organised team with a fair bit of football about them as well.

Ross County have a shot tipped onto the postt then have a shot cleared off the line, ICT break and have one cleared of the line at the other end then almost score from the resulting corner.
Brilliant 45 seconds of football.

Thomson isn't in the position to call those decisions - he has the final say but it's very rare to see a ref give an offside that the linesman missed. Other than that he has ref'd the game well...

Stop sticking up for the useless lump of horse dung.
Don't get me wrong he's a massive hearts insert expletive here, but to consistently bring him up on decisions that have little to do with him is tiring.
Atleast wait until he does something else wrong - or there are plenty in the archives - before bringing him up.

Looked offside, but just to introduce another point for argument, when the ball hit Foran he was being held back by Tokeley having a grip of his arm so it could also have been a penalty for ICT. A cracking game.

I like West Ham. Only seen them them the once at Upton Park in 1996. They beat Wimbledon (who I'm looking forward to no seeing tomorrow)3-0.
Even if Rafa dressed up as Father Christmas and visited every Chelsea fan with a parcel containing £50,000 he still wouldn't be liked by them.
edit: Forgot - Seen them twice. 1-1 friendly in an evening match August 1998 at Easter Road.

I'm sure you have seen him and all the other strikers enough to make that judgement?

Top goalscorer in the league. The table doesn't lie.
Top goalscorer in the league. The table doesn't lie.
Why would you be looking at such a league?
I have to say I think the best I have seen in England was Henry. Had pleasure of seeing him score live in the fa cup but after the game I didn't bother checking if he was top scorer in it.

Another one that has crossed the line & not been given, should be 5-3 to Utd and 2 for RVP.

HT. 4-3 Man Utd. Best game of the day. End to end and some nice goals. Hoping for the same in the second.

EPL record for most goals in a game is 11, Portsmouth 7 Reading 4 in 2007.
We need 5 more goals to beat the record, possible??

Is he not level with Michu and Suarez?
Probably not by the end of the game right enough.

Typical!
We get seven goals in under 30 minutes and then nothing for the last hour!
Still an important 3 points for United before they head to City next Sunday.
With one look at the league table at the moment, it looks like whoever comes out on top in the two meetings between the sides this season will win the title.
Can't see anyone else mounting a challenge.
