Have Arthur McKay's not already taken them to court? Is this another case or the same one?

What's becoming more and more irritating is the the SFA's complete lack of ...well anything really, how many more court cases, tax cases etc do this erse of a club have to go through to get booted out of the league, any other club would be have hounded out of business by now, are they scared of the crackpot Russian, have they been threatened? does the Russian know something about the SFA we don't?

Beggars belief to be honest...

Yes they have and it was a different one. It was UBIG last time and it wasn't contested.

Can't imagine it will be any different this time.

Sorry, but why would the SFA be interested in a Court case involving the bank of a member?

This case seems to be against Ukio Bankas Investment Group ie UBIG , Hearts owners but if its not football related I don't think it is an issue.

It would be like hammering Aberdeen F C cos one of Stewart Milne's timber framed houses fell down. :greengrin

Maybe if you read what I'm saying you would find out...

HOMOFC have dragged Scottish football through the mud whether it be tax or other things, does that not constitute bringing the game in to disrepute?

Thought that would have been obvious like...

But it's not hearts that are in court, as per the OP.

Yeah I know mate, what I mean they are bringing the game in to disrepute as a whole and the powers to be are just not responding, doesn't matter anyway as they are out of the Scottish Cup on Sunday and that will be more money woes for them..

I did read what you were saying. You responded to a thread about UBIG being sued, by slagging off Hearts. They have nothing to do with the case.

Taking GG's analogy further, if your Farmer Autocare exhaust fell off after two weeks, would you blame Hibs?

No, I would blame you, it's all your fault...

Anyway... I like slagging off the yaks...:na na:

Still not been settled it would appear, and back in court on Wednesday:

Not too surprising really.

It was suggested to me the other day that there would be a run of requests for payment from the club itself as a result of their recent windfalls. Share money, extra ticket money, McGowan money, etc. If they don't get paid while there's some money there they may never will.

Blacklock's could be pretty busy over the next few weeks :greengrin

Yams accounts noted as overdue. No surprise there, but another £1500 down the Swanney. £750 for late filing , doubled because they were late last year too.

I reckon their fine last year would be £ 6000 for late filing ,that's an awful lot of cakes sales to make !
