Has anyone else been as impressed with Paul since his arrival? He is such a hard worker an always has his head up for a pass or to take a man on. He also offers us something we have been missing for a few years and that's goals from midfiled. Along with Leigh he gives us a spark that not many other teams seem to have. IMO the signing of the season in the SPL. Wasn't sure what to make of him when he arrived but I have been won over and believe he will be an important part of the team for a good few years.

Great signing.

The kind of signing we should have been making for the last 3 or 4 years, a good, hungry player from.the lower leagues.

Loves his attitude as well, plays with a bit of a swagger.

The 2 forward rolls then jumping into the fans after his goal beats any proper acrobatics any day, at least for comedy value.

His celebration was so good, double forward roll and right into the fans, he is a cracking player and a pleasure to watch not seen a player like him at the club for a few seasons now and I'm just glad we've got one now.

I agree 100% I didn't know wat to think at first. But is now one of the spls finest player he always gives 100%, has good feet to take on players and is a really good passer too:agree:

As i said on the PM board the other week i was at the East Fife pre-season and said he was nowhere near an SPL starter :greengrin I am proud to be well off the mark on that :agree: I did say Spoony looked like getting back to the Player we all wanted him to be Though:wink: And liked the Look of Big Ben so as Meatloaf said " Two out of Three Aint Bad"

Seems like one of those players who will piss the SPL, but wouldn't have the athleticism for a higher level...could be lucky for us if he's happy to stay, nutmegging carthorse centre-halves every week. :aok:

His dragging of the ball then nutmeg and cut inside is become a trademark. Guy looks a class act and is confident in his player...love the fact he is confident in his ability. He took his goal really well tonight, very composed under pressure got it out of his feet and slotted it home nicely. No rash smash.

Think as two planks id say judging from his interviews and spelling on twitter :greengrin but decent bloke none the less!

He's a fantastic wee player. Dosent have all that much pace but his ability to dribble and turn defenders inside out is amazing, he especially loves a nutmeg as well :not worth

Great signing from Mr Fenlon! :not worth

Gives us an added attacking threat, and he looks equally dangerous played through middle as a CAM or out on the left. Anyone know how many assists he has chipped in with thus far? Certainly much of our attacking play goes through him, and he must have about 5 nutmegs to his name to boot. His only downfall is that accent!

Touche indeed, sir! I will, however, have you know I hail from Portybelly and have only lived up north for the past few years. Even so, I'd rather a teuch accent than the one Cairney sports.

My favourite hibs player so far this season!

Sparky has my vote for that at the moment but Crainey runs a close second - excellent showing thus far in the green and white from a guy that has fought his way up through the divisions but already looks like he's been playing in the SPL for years!
Up there with McPake as one of the most influential of Fenlon's signings yet. (not counting the Spark here as he was brought in by CC IIRC)

Great player. You can see his drive and determination when he's on the park. He presses opponents far up the park which other players don't do and we get the ball on dangerous positions.

Superb signing, a joy to watch someone with his creative spark in the team - works hard as well, and always looks to be positive. How well he plays on Sunday will have a big bearing on the outcome of the match.

Credit to Pat for the signing and having the nous to play him out wide - has has swapped him and Doyle effectively at times too.

Proof positive that there are players in the SFL that can do a job at this higher level. Keep it up Paul

As others have said, he loves a nutmeg while Claros loves a slide tackle. Nobody can say our midfield aint entertaining :greengrin

Heard on radio the other day that he is top of the SPL assist charts with 6

Top player and our most creative player. always think that something about to happen when he gets the ball just on the fringes of the box

 He has a great ability to turn a defender as well, as we saw for Wotherspoon's goal at Motherwell.
