According to the BBC

However, the Hibs boss was critical of the goal his side conceded to United; the result of a mix-up between defender Pat Fenlon and keeper Ben Williams.

Fenlon should have booted it clear long before Big Ben had to get involved IMO.

Even I couldn't blame Pat Fenlon for that.

Also noticed they said we are temporarily top of the league just after we won but changed it  massive assumption the tic would/will win

From what I can make out, Fenlon was so far out of position he was right out of the park.

Shocking!

Indeed he should have but having failed to do so he recovered and laid the ball to Williams while blocking the Utd man from getting through. At that point Williams should have hoofed it long so I feel he was as much to blame as Fenlon.

Anyhoo we won and we're top of the league so who gives a monkey's? :greengrin

Why was Petrie missing from the middle of the defence?

Why was Petrie missing from the middle of the defence?

Easy one this. He spotted a coin thrown by a Utd fan and raced over to retrieve it :agree:
