"Away fans are housed in the Bob Shankly Stand at one end of the ground, where up to 3,000 supporters can be accommodated. If required then a further 1,000 seats can be allocated in the Main (North) Stand towards the Bob Shankly End."

From Here (http://www.footballgroundguide.com/scotland/dundee.htm#What%20Is%20It%20Like%20For%20Visiting% 20Supporters?)

I can't see there being a problem housing all fans in the Bobby Cox Stand, if it holds 3,000.

This screams of a game we need to be alert for; Dundee have scored four points out of six and will be growing in confidence.

Sure Nutsy will have us firing on all cylinders for this though.

Couldn't tell you mate.

Apparently Hearts and St Mirren are involved in a game at the same time, though?

I expect this to be our biggest away crowd of the season by a long way. A short hop to Dundee, Saturday 3 o clock kick off and we are top of the league. Who would not want to be there that could?

If the weather isn't too chronic, I can see this being akin if not quite equal to the trips to Dunfermnline/Livi under Mowbray where we took anything between 3 - 5,000.

And frequently won :flag:

Yip, remember being in big away crowds going to Livi, Dunfermline, Falkirk, Motherwell and the Dundee clubs around 2004 - 2007. We even took a no bad support to Killie in those days.

Games that stick out as having had big away supports were a 2-0 win at livi around 2005. Also a 2-1 win there when we scored two late goals around the same time.

Remember a 4-1 at Dunfermline again around 2005 and it being a big crowd.

Seem to remember we had a massive support at Tannadice on Boxing Day (2004?) and we won 4-1. Remember that as wins like that at Tannadice don't happen very often.

If things are going well, the fans will travel. I expect we'll take a decent crowd to Perth too if things keep up. The only places we struggle to take big crowds to are Aberdeen and Inverness but they are much further than anywhere else.

I can recall being at a game at Pittodrie in early November 95, Michael O'Neill scored the winner. Was 18.5k. At least 4k Hibs.

I think we will take over 2k and will easily take the 3 points! 3-0 :aok:
