Ryden are property agents. Perhaps this is to do with the doomed bank they were meant to be opening?

Blacklocks are usually the firm involved when it's got anything to do with debt recovery.

Ryden were (under Levein) the company that Hearts used re flats to players (to rent). IIRC did someone not post that they were behind in property rental payments last week ?

:agree:

I remember reading that.

Looks like it's only a matter of time before some of the hawrts players are housed in homeless accommodation.

Shame really.

they are a agent that generally deals with either Business Premises or multiple unit leases. i am told that this is in relation to leases on properties. ( 2 yrs). the properties are not occupied and no rent has been paid.....

I have been told these were expensive properties for overseas players ( Tax Free perk?) and also officials

Mckays do facilities at my work. Things like changing light bulbs. Maybe not been paid for replacing that bulb in the main stand stairwell at the asbestos arena.

**They** might be struggling for cash as well.

http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2012-11-06/ukio-bankas-falls-to-47-month-low-on-stadium-deal-vilnius-mover.html

Context: the Ukio Bankas share price is now about the same as it was when the arse was falling out of the global economy, after Lehman Brothers went bust.

So if Ryden and McKays won does that mean they get their money, in which ever way is most appropriate? ie sheriff officers at PBS to take goods of that value away for auction or do they get a set time to pay it from the court hearing?

They will be disappointed unless there's a good resale value on a 40w light bulb and 3 rolls of loo paper.

I'm told HMFC have had to turn down an offer to demolish the main stand free of charge as HMRC would take a dim view of any stadium improvement works at the moment :greengrin

A wee birdie tells me that no-one's getting paid (hardly any surprise there) but anyone due money is being fed the line "you don't want to be seen to be the one that takes Hearts down" to fend off any more court cases.

The cases were against UBIG, not HMFC.

The thing is, just about anyone who would do work for them in the last few years had to be "Hearts minded" in the first place. Serves them right really :agree:

Stinks doesn't it. No dignity or class and basically resorting to emotional blackmail to force through non-payment of wages. Sheer class
