It depends what exactly is in that video footage I suppose.

I have read a version of events that suggests that this is not a clear cut case of murder. As has already been said unless we actually know what is in the video footage it is hard to pass comment. Some will fall in to the trap of assuming their guilt just because they are in the military, lets wait until the full facts are known.
