Hit and Run Incidents in Cardiff

Truly horrific set of events in Cardiff. One woman dead, and eleven injured, including seven children, as a result of being hit by a van. A 32 year old man has been arrested.

What a horrific story.What would possess someone to do this deliberately to kids?The guy is obviously a total fruit loop and hopefully he is banged up for the rest of his days.
