I don't understand that. The Sheriff seems to have decided on a punishment without first asking the perp whether it was acceptable to him. Shirley the defence solicitor should have explained to his Lordship that the perp is a hun, and therefore has the final say? :confused:

Judge should have just said "have it your own way then..." and banged the stupid overinflated prick up for a few months to teach him a proper lesson.
