I often hear it quoted that all Edinburgh councillors are Hearts supporters. Does anyone know if there are any Hibs supporting councillors who take an interest in football?

There is an important point to this so can anyone help with a genuine suggestion?

Glad you spelt it! Thanks these guys should be enough to get started.

Sorry to be a pest but does anyone know of MSPs other than Margo McDonald? (nothing against Margo but always better to have 2 names rather than 1)

Funny how all the ones mentioned as hibs supporters seem to have season tickets while a cursory glance at the councils website shows that more than a fair few of those with jamtard allegiances have their snout in the trough at the piggery without putting their hands in their pockets.

I've seen him a few times. And that weatherman turned MSP, Lloyd Quinan. Have seen Chisholm a couple of times.

This Yam Council stuff dates back to the 1980s and early 1990s. Most are gone now. It was always more apparent on Lothian Regional Council (long gone) rather than the City of Edinburgh Council.

Apart from Milligan and Cardownie it is hard to think of many corrupt Hearts supporters on the Council.

Nicola Sturgeon MSP is married to a Hibby so can, perhaps, be claimed as one of our own.

Gordon Munro is a very helpful guy, Leith councillor and a good Hibby. Would get in touch with him obviously depending on what its about...
