According to Jaime Alguersuari, it was right that Vettel was punished for not leaving a cars width for Alonso.

He claims that in last years incident that Alonso left a cars width for Vettel, yet the video still in the article would suggest not.

Not much difference, IMO. Alonso didnt need to put all 4 tyres on the grass, 2 would have done :greengrin

Alonso. In a Ferrari.At Monza?

No way Vettel was gonna get the verdict regardless of what happened last year.

Odd really. In Bahrain, Rosberg blocked Hamilton then Alonso. Hamilton manages to pass Rosberg in the first incident by going off track to do so. No penalty for Hamilton.
Vettel tries[& succeeds] to pass Button at the hairpin in the race at Hockenheim, Button holds the line pushing Vettel off the circuit & Vettel gets a penalty.

Consistency is lacking in F1 stewarding. Bit like Scottish football referees.

What a start to the race!

The finish was just fine. Backed Vettel to win the title mid season when he was down the order. :aok:
