You can buy tickets from the pods behind the stands on the day of a game.

I just phoned the stadium and was told that, "there would be cash gates". "Pay at the turnstile?" I asked to clarify things. "Yes sir" was the extremely polite reply. Unless the pods are not known about by all the staff, then that seems clear enough.
