I don't have the access to the equipment anymore but it can be done.
I'm assuming it's an old song that can be sourced from elsewhere?
yeah I think I am too late. I wanted a CD copy of ships company and the royal marines band of the Ark Royal singing The Last Farewell (which I have on vinyl) and thought I had until thurs but its needed by tomorrow afternoon. Never mind these things are sent to try me eh?
Thanks though :aok:

Jill any DJ with a turntable should be able to do it for you, try Jim at http://chaplinsdisco.com/ a good Hibby who may advise, PS I also sung on this and was on the old Pebble Mill at One doing so on the morning of our return to Plymouth from the Queen Mother's Quarter deck on HMS Ark Royal on December 4th 1978.

Dad was a Navy man, I think he may have been on the Ark Royal at some point but not 100% sure. I remember him watching the tv when it was being brought in and the guys singing the song. He was bursting with pride. I thouht it would be a very fitting song for him. we have a copy with Roger Whittaker so he will still get the song, just not the one I want.

I have e-mailed the record's producer a Mike Harding to see if it was digitally remastered, Awaiting his reply, mentioned that it was urgent.
