That's exactly what I've just said after re-watching the goal before reading your post.:greengrin

In fairness I think both mcpake and Hanlon saved him.... I like it team work

bet that goal is up there with one of his favourite goals. For a split second I didn't think he was going to score with that chance!

I thought that although hanlon had a couple of shaky moments him and McPake looked a strong pairing today

Those manky in-breds were giving him it tight ant chance they got, just a release of pent-up frustration imo. LOVED IT

Exactly! So thats why last weeks selection still baffles me.

Looked even better than last season, will be a key player for us in next 6 months

Any word on his injury? Hate to burst the bubble after today but if he's out for a few games then we're sunk.

'Paddy, Paddy sign him up'

Sparky plays like that every week he'll be massive for us this season.

Even a few yams grudgingly admitting he's a good player.

Calum Booth must be getting frustrated if he gets left out the team for Stephens :agree:

Trying to work out why he's not being selected is a tricky one, maybe there's something we don't know about? Poor attitude in/towards training maybe?

We are not sunk that is for sure. If we get Kuqi in then it would be a choice between Doyle and Caldwell, personally would choose Caldwell and give him a shot if Leigh is out. Looked like he pulled a muscle in his thigh, which may mean a couple of weeks out, hope not.

Don't be silly, wee Lewis just runs about doing nuthin, dontcha know.

In fairness, even i had run out of patience with him after Tannadice, but he has a way of surprising you with the odd gem. I think a lot of his inconsistency is just lack of confidence. When he TRIES something special, like a creative pass or beating a man, it often comes off.

The more I see it the more I like it. I only noticed the fifth time of watching that Doyle was unmarked to the left of LG and had an open goal.

Cairney does well to disguise a nice glare/wide man combo towards the ****s as a hug with Griffths:greengrin
