Let's Work Together - Supporter volunteers required next week w/c 30/7

As most you now know LWT is a supporter initiative to offer time, talent and ideas to the football club to support it through a challenging period in Scottish Football. To date we've built up a volunteer team of 30 Hibs-mad volunteers split into teams, focusing on key areas and work closely with management and board members for the benefit of Hibernian FC.

Our first priority is to look at ways of boosting Pat Fenlon's Player Kitty

We would like to invite more volunteers to get together at Easter Road one or more nights next week (6.30pm to 9.00) to talk to as many supporters as we can, complete some short questionnaires, gather information and feed it back to management. Refereshments and a wee bit of scoff are offered as incentive :greengrin

Sorry that we can't provide more specifics of what you volunteers will be doing at this stage. A lot of the group have been on holiday, on tour or away on business so detailed plans are still coming together. Anyone with a bit of customer service or business experience (either hands on or management) will be particularly welcome

I know your saying you can't provide specifics but surely some info would be useful such as

what are the key areas?

It's very hard for people to offer their services if you can't (with 30 already involved) provide specifics of what skills that you need any further volunteers to bring to the table

We need more information on who our customers are, what type of ticket buyer they are, why people do and don't renew. The club doesn't have staff who can carry out this research. We can help provide that resource so if you would enjoy helping our club and talking to fellow Hibs supporters please offer your time and join the team.
