Hi Guys/ Dolls.

Just wanted to thank everyone for their support before, during and after my challenge for Marie Curie Cancer Care.

We cycled from end to end (lands end to john o'groats) in 11 day. Unsupported and have raised just short of £8,500 for the Edinburgh hospice. This is short of our target of £10.000 and I was hoping that some of you who haven't donated may want to "pop a pound in the pot" by sending a text to MCCC62 £1 to 70070. :aok:

If this makes you smile, it's got to be worth £1 ...

My tuppenceworth sent. How the nurses at the Marie Curie (and St Colombus, where my Dad spent his last couple of weeks) do it, I just don't know, but what a job they do!!

:agree: The Nurses are the stars in all of this, but we can make a difference, a small one perhaps, but a difference non the less :aok:

You Guys and Dolls are making a difference, make no mistake :not worth

Just an update (last one )

A challenge that I shall take to the grave, but first I just wanted to thank those (again) who supported me and the team on this one. :not worth

Delighted to have reached the target and some. http://www.justgiving.com/thecycle

This has all been down to your generosity and the fact that we all have a story to tell about the Marie Curie or St Columbus hospices that serve the Edinburgh & Lothians. Without your support this was a non-starter.

This has left me wanting more and no doubt I shall be back on the bike for this charity soon with something else that I will have to nail!! :aok:

But first, lets get set about that mob and give us something to smile about GGTTH
