THE draw for the first round of next season’s League Cup will eventually take place this afternoon at Stenhousemuir’s Ochilview Stadium with Newco Rangers in the hat as an unseeded team for the games that are scheduled to take place on Saturday, 4 August.
Rangers’ inclusion means Ross County receive a bye into the second round. East Fife move up to be one of the 15 seeded clubs.
