Does anyone know of any pubs/bars in Benalmadena/Fuengirola (Costa Del Sol) which are likely to show the Derby on August 11th? How inconsiderate of the SPL to arrange this game when i'm on holiday!

Thanks in advance

Loads of bars in both resorts, won't be a problem.

We are flying out 12th to Calahonda - guess what, the game will be moved ...:grr:

Just back from there last week. Molly Malones in Balmadena show a few games in there I think.

Was in that area last year, you'll not struggle to find places showing the game. :-)

A mate of mine, originally from Moffat has a bar in Benalmadena called Papa T's in Los Porches, just off the main street before you get to Lidl. Its only a small bar, but cheap and has two TV's outside and 2 inside. Always shows the scottish games. Tell him I sent you and you might even get a free beer!!

I was there last week as well!!! I went with a bunch of Hearts supporters who gave me it tight all week! Took my 0-7T shirt with me, and everywhere I went people stopped to have a look at it and ask questions, unlike the Jambos "road to Hampden t shirt that the rset wore.
Have a friend who runs a bus to all the Malaga home games who also owns a bar called "The Lounge" just round from Bonanza Square.

If you are along near Paloma park the you will find pubs showing Scottish games in and around Bonanza Square, will also be places showing other games if all is not going well

Couldnt you just move your holiday to the 13th, that would be the simplest answe no?

Plenty bars will show the game round that way, hopefully get your hols off to a flyer:thumbsup:

:greengrin On the bright side, if Hibs do win, that day/night will be an amazing whirlwind of Sangria, Sun and singing Hector Nicol and The Proclaimers on some random Spanish beach.

On the downside, if Hibs lose, well I'm out of the country until the end of August to lick my wounds :(

Sure there are bound to be a few Sellick, or Newco Pubs in the area.
