ST MIRREN chairman Stewart Gilmour has hit out at Rangers for taking their fight against a transfer ban to court.
Lord Glennie ruled at the Court of Session on Tuesday that a 12-month transfer embargo imposed on Rangers was unlawful as the punishment was not contained in the Scottish Football Association rules.
