So they should, they should have no pride in what took place yesterday.

I've played in quite a few finals over the years and the 3 runners up medals got thrown in a drawer and forgotten about.

I don't blame anyone for not wanting a runners up medal, a performance that suggested they felt so bad about being losers would have been nice though.

Token gesture stuff for the fans.

Pity they never showed their contempt for being a 'runner up' while the game was on.

Pricks.

The time to prove they wouldn't settle for second best was on the park, not after the match.

Why, they got the medals their lack of effort, commitment, drive and will to win deserved!

Absolutely, on the park they didn't look like they were wanting so badly to win it. You would have thought it was a pre-season friendly we were playing in not a derby Scottish cup final!

I have no sympathy for them, they should all feel embarrassed, the fans gave them a fantastic backing and they rewarded us with absolutely nothing in return!

Well people criticised (not in the media though!) Scott Brown for throwing away his runners up medal away from the league cup so think the same thing applies here.

New avatar btw...1965, 1997, 2012! (Well 1965, 2012, 1997)

Exactly.

This is just another example of the lack of professionalism, pride and basic etiquette which has become far too common down ER way for a number of years now.

It's no coincidence that the decline in standards off the park has coincided with poor performances on the park.
