When I was 16 I was diagnosed with 'Nodular Lymphocyte Predominant Hodgkin's Disease'... A rare form of blood cancer.

After 13/14 months of high intensity chemotherapy plus a 26-day stem cell transplant, I was eventually told I was cancer free.

A win today would exceed the feeling I felt that day tenfold.

I am fully aware of how tragic it is losing someone to a horrible disease and I've seen it happen to my best of friends, but PERSONALLY, a win today would be better than how I felt on that specific day.

I am NOT comparing anyone else's horrible experiences, only mine.

It's just my opinion, and my family have all said different.

It's the biggest and hopefully the best day of my life.

We all deserve to see HIbs win, but you especially so.

Hopefully HIbs will show similar bravery as you have done and lift the trophy.
