I was charged for , and given , 2 adult tickets by mistake. It should have been one adult and one child so i was overcharged by £18.
I phoned the ticket office and the girl told me to tear off the strip on the side of the ticket and send it into the ticket office and they would refund the money. I explained that as i was working away i wouldn't be home until Friday. She said it was fine and i can even send it in after the event .
However......there is a tear off strip on BOTH sides of the ticket.
Can anyone with a kids ticket tell me what side of their ticket is missing please ?
I would hate to tear off the wrong bit for and screw our chances of getting in for the sake of £18.
