Hardly managed to do a thing so far this week - mind keeps wandering off to the match. Trying not too think too much about winning in case we don't, as it will be one of the worst feelings ever. Never wanted to win a match as much as I do this one. Come on the Hibees

Well I suffered a serious injury to my thumb on the Thursday before the semi playing football (still went mind with a splint on my hand:wink:)..... That inury then needed surgery the following week to reset all the bones ...

Therefore I've no even been at work since the semi and a I cant drive or do much at all every waking hour is consumed with boredom which generally leads to thoughts of the game and daydreaming starts (dangerous)....... At least most of you lads have ot work, all I can do is smoke and comfort eat :greengrin.....

The cast comes off at 09:20 on Friday 18/05/2012 with the hope that it's going to stay off..... Still manage to go if it doesnt though:cb

Off work today to collect my tickets, off work on Friday for an excuse I've not thought of yet. Wednesday and Thursday likely to consist of sitting on here and pressing refresh.

Not a great deal one would imagine. I hate my job at the best of times - leaving in 6 weeks - so productivity has plummeted of late. No-one has twigged yet, and Iv done so many hours beyond my contract in the past few months that if there were grumblings, Id be well placed to tell them - in a professional tone obviously - to shove it.

Hardly slept last night and when I did doze off I was dreaming about the game. So definitely a non productive day for me. I'm going to be a broken man by the end of the week. :(

Spent most of the day on here/on the phone to Hibs confirming the status of my tickets - all resolved.

Got a bit of a cold - no really - coming on, so can spot a "working from home" on Friday a million miles off.

See, I started out thinking like this, but thought, "it's going to be hell losing to them regardless if I thought we would win or not".

So I thought "*** it, bring them on, we are going to win this".

It is ours.

My productivity was minimal today.

No other game has done this to me !! :)

I am mate, still have to answer to someone though :-) Theory is, anything really really important my Deputy Manager will already have dealt with it. Anything really really important needing my input, they will ask again :-). If it works this trip, it is the way ahead for the future as well!!!

PS. Just PM'd you.

definately slowing down as just about everybody I meet in the office is asking how I'm feeling. Maybe because I'm smiling, whistling, singing to myself all the time.

Not being too confident, but philosophical. We lose, it is just another year, and we have got used to it. We win, and I will go round the office smiling, whistling, singing to myself all the time. And i look forward to people asking how I'm feeling then :greengrin
