I like him and the way he goes about things. I hope he gets the time needed to rebuild the club. I think he's right when he says that it is about rebuilding the club as well as the team. Standards have slipped at the club and I think he may be the man to change that.

I think any manager worth his salt would want to build a team from near enough scratch, being able to put your own stamp on a team is sometimes nigh on impossible nowadays, specially when taking over a club with a whole squad still there. The fact that he's emptied a few already and probably still 1 or 2 to be cleared out, gives him the chance to really show us just what he's all about with his summer signings.
