12 month transfer ban and/ or 3rd Division football in Scotland may be a stumbling block :confused: - Not sure I can see this happening in the next year.

They will be in the SPL and the transfer ban will be overturned.

Could he get around it if he was a free agent? If he doesn't belong to any club, then he can't be "transferred"? Maybe we should sign him...

No, it's a registration ban.

BTW, they're banned from signing players already as a result of being in administration. All the SFA ruling did was apply a minimum period to that prohibition, which would only have any real effect if they come out of administration before the period is completed.
