no black or beattie stating with glen up front

Hearts make seven changes at Celtic Park. Arvydas Novikovas, Gary Glen and David Templeton make up the front three.

Macdonald is one dodgy keeper.

That's twice in the last couple of weeks he's made the same mistake, letting the ball bounce off him and into the path of an incoming striker.

If Celtic win today and St Johnstone get the European spot will Hearts fans spend the next 30 years bleating on about how their own team lay down to Celtic on the last day?

No he picked up a yellow. You should have seen taouil proper blanking Sergio when he came off.

Bit of a strange one given that a second yellow would only have meant a league suspension. Would need to be a straight red for violent conduct, etc to be suspended next week. Either Sergio doesn't know the rules (he admitted that earlier in the season) or Taouil has just been that bad.

Or he doesn't want to play an hour against the best team in the country with 10 men when already two down. Split minds on this one, a humping would be funny and dent confidence but would also give them something to make up for.

Good to see them get horsed especially with the back 5 that will likely play next week however I dont think they broke sweat in most of that match. Their goalie gives me hope for Saturday as personally think he is hopeless that is 2 goals he has given away in last 3 games when he hasnt dealt with a straight shot and fumbled.

What is their likely starting team going to be.

MacDonald

McGowan
Webster
Zaliukas
Grainger

Suso
Black
Barr
Driver

Skacel

Elliott or Beattie

Not being funny but really we shouldnt be shaking in our boots at that. Think Webster and Zaliukas will struggle with Griffiths movement if we get decent possession. Midfield is the key part and we really need to get in about them in this area especially Black.

Think Hibs have an even chance of winning this will all depend on who turns up and performs in the day.

Not a great team but at the end of the day, it will all come down to who holds their nerve, who handles the pressure of the big occassion best and who takes the chances.

The catalyst for it was Tevez - horrible little guy. Carlos Tevez - he plays when he wants - Does not xcuse what Barton did but if he had been as good at hiding his elbow as Teves was with the first foul none of it would have happened.
