Clyde are the latest club to advise the SFL that they wish to lay an artificial playing surface at their Broadwood home. The Cumbernauld club have indicated they wish to follow Forfar and Annan in laying down a new surface during the summer. Airdrie United, Stenhousemuir, Alloa, Montrose and East Stirling, who play at Stenhousemuir’s Ochilview, all have artificial surfaces. An SFL spokesperson said, “We are aware of the request and are awaiting further details.”
