DUNBAR’s Fiona Blair has been named RBS Club Volunteer for April. Recogising her efforts, the SRU said: “Fiona has done almost everything at Hallhill, from organising courses for referees and coaches and arranging travel for the teams’ away games, to taking minutes at club meetings and organising fundraisers.
