Is today the last day you can pick them up or do you have up till Friday ? Asking this question as an sure I read that for the wee batch of tickets going on sale it said uncollected tickets ? Have I missed something ?

It was until today I think but that might have changed now due to more tickets going on sale. Probably better to play it safe and go today. The uncollected tickets are the ones people win in the Dunfermline game ballot but didn't bother buying.

That is why sale of 'extra's is 6pm tonight!

Any tickets not collected by today's 5pm deadline go on sale a 6pm as well as the returns from the SFA?? Do you think that is what will happen?? :dunno:

Well, if neither my tickets nor a "sorry we missed you" card from the Royal Mail have appeared through my letterbox (I'm not at the delivery address, so won't find out until after 5pm tonight when my Mum gets home) tonight, and "my" (actually 2 far flung contacts') 2 tickets go on "public" sale again because the Hibs TO have been berks and plopped them in the "for collection" tray by mistake (has happened to me before), then hell will hath no fury!!!

And yes, I have just e-mailed [email protected] to ask her to check that they definitely got mailed out, and haven't been put in the wrong basket!

As if you went all way up just to get the tickets, surely someone could have collected them for you boss.

Luckly someone from Edinburgh sorted mine so I didn't have to worry.

Wanted to be safe in the knowledge they were in my hand mate, I did more than enough fretting about waiting for my semi final tickets to arrive (they turned up five days after I'd bought them and paid Special Delivery). Gave me a nice few hours in the capital anyway! Once I got back I drove to St Helens as well to drop my mate's ticket off so he knew he was sorted, plus I could collect my special edition Lancashire Hibs polo shirt!

Surely if folk have paid for tickets for a game on Saturday and the ticket office is open til 5pm Friday, then Hibs have a hard neck suggesting if you haven't collected by 5pm Wednesday they'll resell your ticket.

Lungo--Drom

I bought a ticket.
I sent a cheque for £41.
For the person in the TO who screwed up here is the simple maths:
£35 (ticket) + £6 (special delivery) = £41.
You (HFC TO) cashed my cheque for £41.
I just phoned the TO and the very helpful young lady told me, "You haven't paid for special delivery."
She is now away to "make an enquiry".
Is this revenge for me always saying to C****c fans I know, "1888-1875=13. 1+3=4. We were here b4 ye!"?
Come on Ticket Office people, buy a calculator!

P.S. Just realised the OP meant the public sale... I bought my ticket in the original sale, as an ST holder and still it is a cock-up! So don't feel as bad mate you are not the only one!! :)

Yes thats true but if they left it until friday and there was still tickets that had not been collected then there would be no time to re sell them. I think thats what the plan will be, to resell any tickets not collected and refund the first buyer.

Its when you eventually get through and they say "Oh you should have had those by now, yeah Id be panicking too if I were you"
Now marked down as urgent enquiry and awaiting a call back, think we may have different perceptions of urgent, Im sure they're doing the best they can under difficult circumstances and Im aware Im not the only one on the phone but right at this minute Im getting my selfish head on and the only tickets I care about are mine

I see it mentions "As per last week's sale, supporters will be limited to 2 tickets per client reference." Any idea if this means folk who bought 2 last week are unable to purchase more tonight? One of my mates who isn't on the database has asked if I can try and get him two but I don't want to get through the queue only to find out I can't buy any more.

RoYO!

The royal mail will have a record of whether or not it was posted/ received if it was special delivery. So hibs will be able to find that out.

Shouldn't be a prob

I'm still waiting for tickets as well. No word from TO but seems like it is now an issue. Special delivery does state delivery by 1pm the next day so in reality tickets should of came yesterday if they were getting sent out Monday as I was informed.

In that case then its understandable hibs want full seats. However I wasn't told when I called to order my public sale tickets that there was a collection deadline. I reckon there will be folk in the same boat. I have my tickets as I was able to pick them up on Tuesday but I can understand this will cause issues with folk who turn up Thursday or Friday and end up getting told sorry, you had a ticket but now you don't.

Not entirely true, i made special arrangements with Judith Ireland to pick mine up on Friday. So the Wednesday cut of point was flexible if you got in touch with the club.

I really hope we are not in the same boat. We got 2 tickets last Wednesday and was told £6 special delivery delivered within 72hrs, nothing by Monday so wife emailed and got call back stated all public sale tickets were going out that night.
Still no delivery today so wife sent an email to Judith at 11am and has been trying to phone since on various numbers with no joy.

Wife has just said that is her email just been read.

I can't believe they can go ahead with a new sale whilst there is such a big issue about tickets for posting are sitting in a collection pile at ER.

You would think that after spending near the price of a ticket on phone calls in the Public sale then a further £6 on Special Delivery that should give you some peace of mind.

Fair play - eventually - on Hibs for this (though got nowhere on any of those numbers). Dialled the main club number, who were very professional and also sounded like she'd been taken that genre of call ("none of the ticket office numbers are even halfway working") for a while, she sent an e-mail with my details to the TO with "High priority" - got an e-mail @ 7pm confirming they had been sent out.

Quick phone call to my auld dear confirms that the tickets have safely been picked up, so 2 Hibbies that otherwise might not have got to the final get to go, my pre-match drinking is paid for as a gesture of their undying gratitude (I fondly imagine.........) and my Boy Scout good deed of the millenium is done.

Please please please put a man with a tendancy to worry about things mind to rest - is this okay? Defo paid £28 for each ticket, defo picked the right ticket option when buying, it says that on my user history on eTicketing.

I didn't have my tickets yesterday so i called the club at 3pm and asked to be put through to ticket office but was unable to get put through, the lady took my details and said she will pass this on and someone will call back. At 4.30 i got the call saying my tickets were there and will be sent out special delivery(which i had already paid for) and should be here today, i then got a further call at 6.45 from the lady i spoke to at 3pm asking if i did get the call back that she said i would. At a time when many are slating the club over the way tickets are being dealt with i think its re-assuring that there are people there who are will to make sure things happen as they are promised to you.

And yes i got my tickets today!
