What was the quote and who said it ref the old firm lifting its drawers at any passing league ??

IIRC it was the colourful Chief Exec Keith Wyness about 10 years ago. Something about a couple of clapped-oot auld hoors lifting their skirts to any passers-by on Sauchiehall Street.
