There was an app circulating my freinds over the weekend called tv English premium what it does is you get tv channels like sky movies or sports without a subscription or a jail broken phone like a streaming site really and it was being sold for 69p.
I never bought it as I have sky go already but know people who did buy it and what's happened is the creator of the app has turned off the tv channels and replaced it with an advert for futubox or something my question is:
Is there any rules or regulations that govern the making and selling of these things?
With the way the world is now things like this spread through the country quick with social media etc I can only imagine how many 69ps that have been collected for this which is basically selling an advert it's crazy Anyway thanks for any info it's just puzzling me really
