Is there anyone in there with more than 5 minutes experience nowadays?

I went down to make a minor change to my ticket season ticket for next season and ended up with no change and a bad mood.

They drive you mental sometimes.

Renewed my existing ST's in person at the weekend, all details the same and had to fill in the application forms for each ticket. Don't understand that when they have all my details already.

I did mine over the phone. Gave client refs, double checked seat numbers and it was done - no paperwork. Got the strip vouchers through the post today.
