We are dealing with the council Building Standards about an important matter at the moment. It's impossible to get a straight answer out of any of them. They run for cover behind official rhetoric and obfuscation.

Thing is our elected councillor doesn't seem too inclined to get involved either.

When the matter is eventually resolved there will be a complaint from us and work for the Local Gov Ombudsman, provided he hasn't legged it for Brazil.
