Apologies if posted elsewhere & even more apologies for starting a positive thread!!
Congrats to young Danny who scored both goals on his League debut for Berwick on Saturday. His 2nd, the winner, was apparently a cracker! Maybe there is a glimmer of light going forward!

Its always good when youngsters keep scoring / playing well when they go up a level and are against more experienced players....

Remember Kenny Millers loan and he banged them in for fun while at Stenny (iirc ?) and then just kept scoring when loan ended and was put in first team...without the reserve league loans are even more important...

Highlights of the game here (http://www.peterheadfc.com/blue-toon-media/297-bttv240312)

2 very well taken goals.

aswell as the 2 young lads on loan, there was 2 ex hibees in the berwick team too, Lee Currie and Kevin Macdonald.

Hibs official website could take a leaf out peterhead's book with the quality of the highlights, (weather effects aside that is)

How can they have quality pictures like that, when ours are nowhere near as good?

Great to see Danny handling himself well in the lower division.

This boy has to be nicknamed "Hamilton" should he become a regular in the first team!

He's been scoring again today, 4 goals in 2 games and still plenty time to get a hat-trick. His younger brother is also in the hibs u17s another good wee player.

U19s have some good players hopefully see some in first team next season!

Is it too late to call him back?, just say garry o slipped on a steak bake coming out of greggs and were short of strikers!!, we need the young blood coming through, look at the hun youngsters, they came in and helped turn over smeltic who were unbeaten for ages!!

Bring back the youth Hibs!!! at the very least you'll get 110% commitment!!

If not, maybe we could try playing the steak bake upfront as striker instead of Gaz? :cb

Or we could go for the continental approach with steak bake up front and macaroni pie in the hole behind?

Maybe play sausage roll in the holding midfield position while we're at it?

And yes, before anyone asks, I'm drinking alcohol :agree:

I also like the pace of those yum-yums (potential winger?)
