Never got a fair crack at the whip for us IMO. There were times when we were crying out for a creative midfielder and Mixu would bring on Chisholm or Joe Keenan ahead of him :bitchy:

:agree: Never understood why we took the risk on getting him fit to then not give him an opportunity to play.

Really?

I can't remember any of the games he played either. I just remember getting annoyed why a player who seemed so good was on the bench all the time. Obviously hasn't gone on to do much since though!

No more heroes any more - I requested that and it got played at the derby after Elvis had left the building. Seems quite apt for the next visit of Rangers

I'd have thought "I need a Dollar" by Aloe Black would be more apt for the next time we play Rangers  however there is the very real possibility of NEVER PLAYING THEM AGAIN :flag::greengrin

I remember being delighted when he signed, thought he would turn out to be a very good signing.

No matter what he did or what we did when he was on our books, the fact remains that when he left us, he didn't make an impact at any other club in the UK, whether as a signed player or as a trialist looking to impress. For me, that points to the quality of the player and not towards anything being amiss at our club.
