The same would apply to Hearts.

If Rangers were forced out of the SPL and caused the Sky/ESPN deal to collapse, this could easily push Hearts over the edge.

Any time I feel sorry for Rangers fans I read RangersMedia and I remember that it's not a minority of Rangers fans who are knuckle draggers, it's a very vocal majority.
