Have ye no been keeping up with the news? Rangers will be saved to save the rest of Scottish football, apparently! We all need them, apparently! They are exempt from paying their bills, including those owed to other teams like Dunfermline, who, desperately need a strong Rangers....apparently!:cb

Point number 5 will no doubt be brought in so the 31st March will become irrelevant
