Do you mean Fenlon EFFECT?
The attrocious English on this site (mostly from the younger ones) is almost bearable but at least try and get the titles right!!!

With respect, that's quite a difficult one.
No need to loose it like that if there not doing it deliberately

No, apostrophies in modern use are optional. If in doubt, leave 'em out.
The 'affect' effect is far worse.

Jorge street, George street or horr-hay/gay street?
No wonder the new boys are confused.
They did like Spoony's mum's (apostrophes ok?) victoria sponge cake though :)

Only if Spoony has two mums. Otherwise its mum's, the singular possessive clause.
Oh, and capitalise 'Victoria' please young man :greengrin

To carry on the thread, surely it's 'lose' rather than 'loose' ;)

Your use of the idiomatic 'try and' is not strictly incorrect, but it's certainly unusual in someone who is so concerned about the standard of other people's writing.

Whilst we are on the subject of grammar can I please point out that the abbreviated version of could have, should have or would have is could've, should've or would've. NOT could of, should of or would of.
I am not a pedant of spelling and I am no stranger to the typo and wrongly spelt word but this error gets repeated over and over again by loads of people and does my box in.:grr::duck:

At least that would mean there is only one comma missing. ;-)
