Bamba is a superb player, was a total standout for us, the amount of folk on here that didn't rate him was laughable..

Would I be right in thinking Ivory Coast have failed to win the cup without conceding a single goal in open play, and if I am, has that ever happened before?

Ivory Coast reminded me of a typical English performance in a major tournament, decent individuals but totally lacking as a team and ultimately underperforming.
They should have strolled that tournament really with they players at their disposal.

Wonder if Bamba will now try to dictate to Leicester what length of time he wants off after the tournament.

Gervinho can always go back to his c£50k a week in London safe in the knowledge that he had the hee haws to take the 8th? penalty.
