Collecting tickets booked online?

Booked tickets online for a handful of games a couple of weeks back for collection at the ticket office...and my printer has now given up the ghost. Do you need a print-out of anything to collect your tickets, or is it just give name and address type thing?

Always had them posted out in the past.
