I am going on a stag do to Berlin and the plan is to get tickets for Hertha Berlin vs. Bayern Munich.

Anybody know where I can buy them online before we go and not get ripped off or is it ok to buy them there the day before the game?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Its normally no problem getting tickets there but not against Bayern. Viagogo will offer tickets but theres a fair few charges added to the advertised price (£41 now). There will be people selling tickets outside but you may have to pay over the odds and will be dotted about the stadium probably.

Ive been to a game of theirs.

Go to their website and follow ticket instructions. You pay in advance (online) with your credit card and you collect them in a portakabin right outside the stadium. Its really easy. Cheap too!

the game we were at was vs Bayern Munich and it WAS easy to get tickets through Hertha's own website. You can also choose where you want to sit on the seating plan.

If not through the club, try one of the supporters clubs. I emailed a Schalke fan club when trying to get tickets for their home game against Bayern. Not problems and they're normally very happy to help

I went in October and bought tickets no problem cheaply at the ground. wasn't as big a game, granted, but there were loads of tickets and couldn't have been easier.
