New players wanted for exciting club

Famous History
First club to play under floodlights
First British Club to play in Europe
Best place in the UK to live
Lovely Stadium
Wonderful Training Centre
Welcome at Nightclubs - tasty burds
Light training - fitness not a condition of contract
Blind eye turned to bad discipline
Will lose more games than you win
No trophies or cup runs likely
Regular abuse by own fans
Likely to be called wage thieves on supporter messageboards
May have to play at Cappielow and Starks Park next season
Managers and coaches change regularly so you never play in a settled team
Next year's managers will probably ship you out
Applicants particularly welcome who have failed at other clubs

What have I missed Pat?

Sums it up for me. It's a pity the first six attractions are outweighed by the others for the sort of unprofessional wasters wee seem to attact over the psst 2 / 3 years. :agree:

:I can see you have no confidence in the team turning it around. Why not?
:We are still in the cup are we not??
:Why would professional footballers care what's said on message boards even when some of them really are wage thief's.:greengrin

I'm surprised you never used maroon as your colour for that post.

Very mature.

Aren't you one of the posters always droning on about how we should be more positive? Then you post something that runs the club down and wouldn't look out of place on kickback.

Well done.

How droll.

You have done nothing but slaver ***** on this site for a good few weeks now. Are you doing the same on other sites too, or are we just the lucky ones to be on the end of guff like this.

:troll:

You constantly contradict yourself on here. There are a few examples just in this post. You moan about abuse from fans then go on to slag off the team and players we sign. You must be on the wind up!

In fact, were we the first team in Europe?

I know we were the first British team in the semi-final of the European Cup and the first team to beat Hearts at Tynecastle 0-7, but I thought at least Dundee beat us into Europe.

Of course, I could be wrong.

Hearts are looking like the first team to go to the wall in 2012 though so fair play to them.
