Scotsman (Sport): Jeong strikes out on road to Royal Lytham

OPEN QUALIFYING: Jin Jeong, who won the Amateur Championship at Muirfield in 2010, is among the 46 players setting out today in the Australasian International Final Qualifying at Kingston Health in Melbourne. The 36-hole event offers three places at this year’s Open Championship at Royal Lytham in July, and the field also includes former Scottish Open champion Craig Parry as well three-time Australian PGA winner Peter Senior and double Australian Open champion Peter Lonard.
