It looks like a case of Mr Smith submitting his article and the sub-editor / work experience kid making a right horlicks of the picture and headline. An arse-kicking is in order...

No. I too was utterly confused when I read that article last night.

Then realised it was an embarrassing blunder on the part of the paper.
