First thing we need to address in our team is to somehow find someone who is captain material. O'Hanlon, Hanlon, Murray or O'Connor are just not the answer. Until we sort this out we can sign as many journeymen or up and coming youngsters as we like and we'll never have a team.
We desperately need to get a right-back, a central defender and a creative midfielder - the problem is the pickings will be slim and trying to get a leader from one of those will be doubly hard.
We need to get enough quality in to survive then look again in the summer to clear out the likes of Sproule and Murray.
